Holiday Recipes | Dani’s Eggnog

Want to know how to make the world’s best eggnog? I mean, I don’t actually know how but Dani can make a killer eggnog so this is her recipe off the front of our fridge 😉

I’ve never really liked store bought eggnog, it always tasted too sickly sweet in a way that made me feel nauseas afterward. This though, it’s phenomenal. 👌🏻

Ingredients:
6 eggs, separated (bonus if you use our eggs or your own)
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 cups milk (we use Buttercup’s raw, A2A2, grass fed milk; use what you prefer)
1 cup fresh cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Dash of ground cloves

Directions:
Separate the six eggs, setting aside the egg whites in a bowl. Next, mix the egg yolks in a large bowl with the maple syrup, cream and milk. Once mixed, add in the vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves. When mixed well, pour out into glasses leaving a little room at the top. Finally, whip the egg whites until fluffy and add to the top of your drink. Garnish with a touch of nutmeg. Enjoy! 😋
